Etta Madete is an award-winning Architect, Housing Developer, and Sustainable Development Expert passionate about affordable, sustainable and gender-inclusive housing in emerging markets. She has both local and international experience in all portions of the housing development life-cycle, from fundraising, pre-development, design, construction, delivery, and property management. Etta has an Undergraduate Degree in Architecture, a Master's in Sustainable Architecture both from the University of Nairobi and a Master's in Real Estate from Harvard University.

Ian is an Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for sustainable design and construction methodologies. I am deeply interested in the creative use of materials, exploring textures, and bringing thoughtful, efficient solutions to every project. Driven by a love of design, I  work closely with a passionate  team to transform concepts into precise, buildable plans that align with both aesthetic and environmental goals set.

Godfrey is the Executive Director at Seal Associates with over 10 years of experience in tax, finance, grant management, and fundraising. Previously Finance Manager at Vipingo Development Ltd, securing USD 45 million for project financing. 

Development Manager & Head of Sales-Zima

 Peninah Gichugu is a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and administration. She is passionate about affordable housing and real estate investment opportunities. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and Head of Sales, Investors, and Property Management at Zima Homes since October 2022, Peninah has consistently delivered outstanding results.
